    Hassle free workplace
The good thingsFriendly staff and managers, coupled with a very good working environment, and the presence of the workers union gives its staff a great many advantages. The hospital as a non profitable organization, has been very successful at engaging with its staff and managing with their patients.
The challengesWork can be very heavy due to very high patient load and with an ever growing number of specialist aboard. it might get a bit more tougher even with good remuneration, allowances, benefits, and yearly bonuses,
