    CRAZY MANAGEMENT
The good thingsPrevious Management did very well and organize, understand the whole operation in Hospital Services compare to the new management.
The challengestoo many work load and task with minimum manpower to oversee the whole Hospital. HR was too bias in decision making. Too many personal attacking from higher management (New CEO that claim have 15 years experience in healthcare line). Too many politics in here.

    A place for learning
The good thingsLow census enables a person with little experience to adapt and learn the industry.
The challengesWork process, low salary hence not able to attract experienced staffs, HQ is not guiding but always pressuring to perform. Not strong enough management makes performing one's task stressful
