Toxic work culture with complete disregard for employee privacy, no work life balance, and insufficient training, making it difficult for employees to thrive.
The good thingsCertain colleagues are friendly and able to communicate
The challengesUnfortunately, my experience working at this company has been far from positive. The management style has been disappointing. And there is a clear display of favoritism. The workload and expectations are unreasonably high and far exceeds what is justified by the compensation, leaving employees feeling overwhelmed and creates frustration. Any request for time off, including medical leave, is often met with suspicion. It feels as if employees are interrogated rather than supported, making it difficult to take the necessary breaks without feeling guilty or under pressure. There is a lack of understanding when it comes to balancing work and personal life, complete disregard for employee privacy. Sarcastic and disrespectful language used towards employee makes people feel uncomfortable. Even when mistakes occurred, the responsibility was often shifted onto others. Training for new employees was insufficient, creates confusion and inefficiency Overall, I do not feel that the work environment is conducive to personal or professional growth, and I would not recommend this workplace to others.

A toxic work environment with manipulative management, unfair treatment, excessive workload, and little regard for employee well-being.
The good thingsSome colleagues are good
The challengesMy time at this company was disappointing due to poor management and an unhealthy work culture. The leadership often displayed manipulative tendencies, made promises that were never kept, and showed favoritism, which undermined team morale. Employees were frequently treated unfairly, with unreasonable expectations and minimal regard for personal well-being. Medical leave was often questioned, and new employees faced excessive scrutiny, sometimes resulting in dismissals over minor issues. Interns were treated poorly, and the workload was far beyond what the salary justified. Overtime was a norm, and the lack of patience and understanding from the management made it a highly stressful environment. This company needs significant improvement in leadership practices and employee treatment. Until these changes are addressed, I would not recommend it to others seeking a supportive workplace.
