Overall great learning environment with opportunities
The good thingsGreat working environment and location. I was able to learn a lot from seniors and also cross department knowledge. It was a bit tough at first but it turns out to be a great opportunity to grow and expand. If Hotayi was a big company then you will be too focus on 1 job and tie yourself down in the future, cannot find job in other fields.
The challengesCan improve in training for new comers and give more time to focus on each project to properly implement it.
