    Nice place to work if the chance is given freely

    The challengesTo employ sufficient cooks to meet up to the business operation hours .. Equipping the cook stoves to drainage system and the cooling ventilation Stop the politics and micromanaging of the operations is the best way to curb negativity and productivity

    The recent change in ownership is a big reason for the current problems. The new owner doesn't have hotel experience but keeps insisting on changes. She keeps comparing the hotel's revenue with high-end hotels, even though our place is old and has many maintenance issues. She doesn't want to invest in important repairs or upgrades, and instead, she interferes with daily operations. Things got worse when most of the senior management resigned. Now only junior staff are left running the place. Sales are bad, staff welfare is ignored, and there's no bonus. The owner is managing the hotel like it's her own house.
    The good thingsMet good colleagues here unfortunately cant continue employment. Toxic.
    The challengesPoor management. Mainly staff leaving is toxic environment. Dont see any potential working here.

    Badly managed by new owner. no experience. high turnover among the department heads. Junior staff is working aimlessly.

    the experience I've been to here I see a wide range of skills here and I can learn or learn to them .. every work they will still teach though we do not know .. however we are there will be united whatever happens even in the building
    The good thingswork here many we can learn as wiring, plumbing, aircond, welding, furniture, and so on we can learn .. and we can take the experience here to bring another place
