    The challengesOvertime, On call (Weekday / weekend / PH) without any allowance. Qualified for replacement only if going back office for 4.5 hours onwards, by sacrifice own weekend and sleeping time. Management expect IT to produce high quality work and running multiple projects without giving support, in situation that lack of work force, proper training. Be grateful If you could successfully pass probation in IT here !!

    The good thingsLeaning a lot when project time. One of IT manager is good, guide and teach me a lot about hotel experience and branded hotel operations.

    The good thingsI could manage the time very well, all the staff were so cool. I love to give time in my office. My boss always looking to their staff about their need and requirement. We are offering good service very well. We like to invite people to join us. You are the best.
    The challengesThe challenging in this company is you have to discipline yourself about your time and working. The boss sometime will guide you with your work. Sometime you need to do it by yourself. So you have to under with low supervision. I love this style because I can improve myself in this situation.

    The challengesToo much paper work and had to stay back till late at times up to 11:00 p.m. but despite the hectic work I enjoyed working as I had very supportive boss and colleagues.
