    The good thingsThere's always performance at night. You get to have close interaction with foreigners.
    The challengesColleagues keep dragging you to help with something out of your job scope like interpretation. Guests are always right and they also simply don't know your job scope. Superior doesn't care whether you're informed about a procedure or not, when things go wrong, you get wrecked.

    At hotel istana my work is we repair damaged fcu motors such as changing new bearing and overhault, in addition to wiring work we also do wiring trouble wiring shotting, repairing and maintaining motor pump for chiller and keeping everything connected to hvac

    The good thingsEnjoy the company benefit and working environment are good. Colleague are very friendly here, we work like family. The company provide lunch also. Every year we enjoy the annual dinner with all the colleague.

    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and polite, Manager take care employee. Every time meeting or briefing do bring matter and solve it in a quick time. Employee roster was well planned and Human resource department is doing very well to make sure all employee are treated all the same. Anything happen can bring to the Human resourced department, they are willing to share.
    The challengesFood in the staff canteen need to improve, and also the working environment need to be more concern on employee safety and security. There are lacking of Mandarin language speaker in front office, every time we facing foreigner guests from China, Taiwan or Hongkong, we need to call sale and marketing to look for mandarin speaker to assist us.
