    The good thingsThe management rather open however it's not like the international chain, average salary.
    The challengesMy difficulty to fine a decent halal food nearby coz the hotel doesn't provide duty meal and no canteen.

    You can learn many thing only with one position
    The good thingsTeach you how to be great worker, smart worker, hard worker, and innovative person. Their you will learn faster with experience, you will be tough person after few week there. If you want to find a great place for build your fundamental career, it should be there. I can guarantee you it will give you enough experience only for few month. Good luck.

    The good thingsI wish I can gain more experience in this hotel line. I didn't work at the hotel line before.I wish this is my first time to apply as front line for this hotel and I wish in the future get more and more customer.     Good starter kick!
    The good thingsgaining a lot of experiences related to human resources and admin, and also about the hotel management. from here, instead of learning about the function of human resources,i also learnt about how to do the reservation, housekeeping and sales marketing. it is like a starter kick for me to facing the real world working environment.
    The challengesthe challenges from this company is, the turning point is very high. so, we as a Human resources need to find a way to overcome the turning point. other challenges were like, we were not only focusing on our job scope, but we also helping other departments such as housekeeping department as they lack of housekeepers to do the room services.
