    The good thingsThe working environment is good. One of the best places you can learn in order to gain amazing experiences when you are not too tied with the salary.

    Good place to learn as a fresh graduate/intern
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things in this company and get exposed to GMP and GLP environment.
    The challengesDue to low salary, many people only come to gain experience. They tend to hire fresh graduates and doesn't give any effort to keep the talents especially the senior. The increment of salary is low and pathetic.

    Hovid Berhad is a good company surrounding with good people and good environment
    The good thingsthe willing of other workers to help me during the internship make me feel easier and quick to adapt to the new environment. They also give me good treatment during the internship. Even for only 2 months of internship, I can easily get closer with the worker and up until now I still contact and keep in touch with them.
    The challengesWhat I have observed during my internship, the abundance of work and the deadline to submit work is the challenges for the worker. Every day they have a lot of samples "in" to run a test on each product with different batch.

    The good thingsWorking with the supervisors and operators as they really made me visualize the problem faced in manufacturing. Given the authority to study on the process and come up with a investigation.
    The challengesThe timeline fixed seems not reasonable to get the job completed. The communication in between the inter department are poor. Support from superiors on the problems we face are poor. Overall, I learnt to be independent.
