    The good thingsEmphasizes training on the job experience. Empower and encourage to make decision. Good place to experience API production in Pharmaceutical Engineering
    The challengesOverloading to only one staff. Management team lack of management knowledge. Salary below market price in the location. Poor and low morale working environment ( insufficient management knowledge by the senior team)
