Sharpen and gain knowledge in term of machine troubleshooting, recovery, improvement without training or support. Engineers should pull off technical job and management job. Able to explain in technical and management term about machine issues.

    The challengesMaintenance work is always stressful because only single tool, technicians not well trained in technical knowledge. Management is micro-managing.
