The challengesManpower is not enough, clients too many.
Management is not good, too focus on getting profit, staff tend to be stress. Only CNY has lunch tgt, hari raya or anything dont have celebration eventhough has lots of malay staff. Dont even have privacy for malay staff to pray cause dont have pray room, need to pray at training or meeting room thats sometimes been used by other staffs.
