Overall, so far so goodThe good things- Pretty much you will learn new things on day to day basis.
- Benefits, claims, healthcare, insurance and dental are top notch. Flexi working hours, WFH is possible depending on your nature of work and your line manager obviously.
- Birthday and vitality leave provided.
- Plenty of room for career development and self improvement in terms of training, guidance by your senior/colleagues etc.
The challenges- Your career development depends on who is your boss and which department you are working.
- Salary wise I would say average. Could be better of course.
- Some department/unit are busy than others. Freedom of implementing your ideas are pretty limited, there are some level of micro-managing as well.
- Some employees could not really perform at work because of their hands are tied and shackled.
