    Think carefully before joining this company. If you're looking to gain experience, it could be a good opportunity. However, if you prefer to avoid workplace politics, this may not be the right fit. The company is currently facing financial challenges, so proceed with caution. Best of luck if you decide to move forward and pray hard every month end for on time salary.
    The good thingsNothing is good as long as the managements are still the same person.
    The challengesThe current management is more focused on making grand statements rather than understanding the actual work of their subordinates. They demand detailed reports on every single aspect, yet take no real initiative themselves. If mistakes occur, be prepared to bear the blame from top management.

    The good thingsThe top management from Singapore teamwork are great. Working here as per job scope given in the offer letter. Ad hoc not much still can cope.HR also great and helpful.

    Safety, health and welfare of workers at site
    The good things- Implemented majority of the safety and health control measures as required by the law such as providing complete PPE; - Taken initiatives to promote awareness of safety and health matters to all after an accident; - Immediately taken the necessary corrective actions to improve and reinforce the control measures so as to prevent any repetitiveness of an recurrences of any hazardous acts.
    The challengesThe only issue was the constant changing of general workers at site and this created a headache to the safety team. Maintaining the same team or people at site will create a less hassle as they are better trained over time and as such become experiences to carry out their duty.
