    Hard to get salary increment.
The good thingsLearn many things because you do everything. There will be people who guide you. But it ends there. Be prepared to solve site matters even though you're just the designer. But no worries, you'll learn and improve yourself at the end of the day.
The challengesDepends on which department and project. Some got drama, some got politics going on. Some bosses are yes man, some very strict, some don't want to backup you. But its okay, we will learn and benefit from all this. Don't give up. Do your very best in work and in life.
