    Gain a lot of programming and working experience
    The good thingsAlways encourage their staff with positives words. Give support.. provide good facilities.. concern with staffs feeling at work (mood of the day) benefit with medical card for staff.
    The challengesmaybe they could improve the working space.. since the numbers are getting bigger.. just to make the staff working on more comfortable space
