    The good things Resigned from a Malaysian Multinational Corporation (MNC) and Joined Hua Yang Berhad, I’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the company’s ongoing digital transformation efforts. The management team is supportive, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration across departments. The work environment encourages new ideas, and I appreciate the trust given to take ownership of key projects and drive meaningful improvements.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges is balancing transformation initiatives systems and processes. There’s still room to enhance cross-department alignment and streamline decision-making to accelerate digital adoption. However, these challenges also create valuable learning experiences and opportunities for growth.
