The challengesOne of the initial challenges I faced upon joining was the need to quickly familiarize myself with the Company’s SOPs, processes, and systems. While the guidance provided by colleagues and supervisors was helpful, having more structured onboarding materials or a brief induction program could further support new employees in settling in efficiently and understanding key workflows more quickly.
