    The good thingsWorking at Hua Yang Berhad’s Northern Region as a Junior Marketing Executive has been a wonderful start to my career. The company offers a positive and supportive environment, and the team is always willing to guide and share knowledge — especially beneficial for fresh graduates like me. I truly appreciate the opportunities to learn and grow in the Property Development Industry.
    The challengesThe only challenge I faced was the daily travel — commuting from Kedah to Perai took about an hour for each way. Over time, it became difficult to manage, which eventually led me to make the decision to move on.

    The good thingsSupportive management, clear processes, and strong focus on quality and safety. Good teamwork with Project Team and contractors, and opportunities to learn on the job.
    The challenges Communication between departments can be improved, and more training for site staff would be helpful.

    The good thingsRegardless of which position you are in, you get to learn about the works from different departments that can enrich your knowledge and experience overall. They provide you with training adequate to your needs and skills to improve yourself further.
    The challengesYou may be in one department, but you need to also learn up on other department's procedures. Foster better teamwork and camaraderie among the different departments.
