Independent and skill of problem solving by your self
The good thingsyou can explore and express your self by learn something new or out of your job scope by follow the IT staff on site company. You will have team to schedule your shift hour. Can improve the communication skill, by attend or first person that will explain to end user about the case and issue their face, try to explain clearly the solution and causes of issues by using simple sentence IT
The challengesYou will have limit to access the system, and problem cases. This will make your self have limitation in process to learn new staff and skill. There you must express and explore your self for trust and gain of knowledge about helping other, indirectly you can improve skill and knowledge, and save time of pending case

This company gave us a real network working environment as Tier 1 Support
The good things- Providing support for network system at company clients base. - Work life balance. - Opportunity to improve communication skills. - Got free meals and transport allowance. - Learn to be a responsible person. - Formal working environment (Formal attire).
The challenges- Have to work independently without guidance, but if there are heavy things we need to refer to Tier 2 support. - Its quite a challenge for me personally, when I need to be formal to contact the client IT Department and Tier 2 Support (if there is any problem regarding the network).

    Amazing
The good thingsLearning how to troubleshoot wifi in Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa. The It staff is helpful and generous to supervise and teach the skills required to troubleshoot AP.
The challengesThe equipment provided to fix any internet problems is inadequate, we need to ask Sunway It staff for cable tester as it is not provided. The computer provided lag and make it difficult to send daily report.

    eyes openning and good experience.
The good thingsIt introduced me to the world of Hotel Management and IT. Independent and quick learning are needed to work in this company. Good allowances like hotel foods, and free accommodation. Besides that, you are technically work for 2 different companies, 1 which is Huacomm and 2 is the hotel that has partner with the company. It also provides good environment to develop soft skills such as communication and etc.
The challenges- Shift working style and bad co-workers that sometimes may not show up during his/her shift time. (internal communication problem). - Long working hours such as 12 hours a day but it was fine as the work really start during the peak hours. - Lacks of manuals or clear instructions on what can or cannot do. - Miscommunication between 1 department to other in the Hotel itself may sometimes heat the working environment. (external communication problem).
