    The good thingsI have gained lots of new experience and knowledge throughout my journey as a staff here. The working environment especially relationships among the colleagues is far from what I had expected. They build a strong connection with each other as it makes a healthy relationship among them.

    The good thingsHaving good relationship is must work to survive and promote in the company.
    The challengesFuzzy company direction different boss will give you different instruction and cause unnecessary work or double work. Lack of career development and very less increment.

    The good thingsGood for freshier who without enough working experience. Your superior will lead you to go multi-tasking people and good for your when changing new work.
    The challengesDon't think yearly increment will give automatically even your are well performing. Company making good profit but the benefit is just go to directory board staff only can enjoy very mimimun benefits. The mgt like to looking your mistake and give warning letter to save the bonus and KPI bonus most for their directors only. They also like to ask existing staff to give good score to get better comment from public.

    The challenges7th of the month only get salary ,Christmas is not entitle as public holiday,must prepare yourself always OT for management level report ,minimum support from superior,work independently even you are work as ”group”.

    Poor management but good to give a try
    The good thingsLearn new computer skill and stress management.
    The challengesPoor management and training. Doesn't know have work life balance. Need to have at least 5 years experience to face all the task given because the training given is minimal and you need to survive on your own. Not recommend to fresh graduate if you can't working on your own even if it is in a 'team'. Thank you for experience.

    The good thingsWe manage to had a good team player. Team give full support for every task given. QA and Production link together to get a good result of products. Responsible staffs also are the key for this success.

    The good thingsGood office environment and friendly colleague, you can easily get along with colleague within/ other department; strong bonding & good team work within department. A good platform for people who looking for process improvement/ challenging job but hardly to change due to management restrain.
    The challengesNot a good place for career development but good if you're looking for a stable job/ income; Personal growth in term of learning how to deal with difficult situation and people, YES! Staff turnover is high due to less staff appreciation and poor benefits.

    The good thingsI learn a lot of new things here. Get new knowledge from my superior and she guide me well.
    The challengesThe problem is the top management. They expect you to OT for free atleast for 2hours daily. No appreciation or benefit when you do something good for company operation. The AL for current year only can be use for next year.
