    The good thingsGood working environment and definitely a good learning ground for fresh graduate.
    The challengesAs a engineering manager that manages new product introduction in the company, learning to deal with people from different department is the most valuable experience gained. Getting coorperation from people from all the level in order to get the product delivered to the customer within the committed period of time at the best quality is the most challenging task of this role.
