The challengesThe space and inventory need to be schedule properly and management need to work together and improve more because the space and the machines here is too pack before delivery time. They also need to arrange the working time that reliable for workers to work stress-less. For working time, it is too long for employees to work 12 hours in 39-40 degree temperature for 6 days in a week with 2 times break for lunch and tea time. Employer should believe that happy employees will bring success and develop to the company. Provide canteen for workers because they need more time to travel, jammed in lunch time, and queue time to buy food, and without transport allowance, it is not fair for workers come to work from a place far.
