    The challengesHead of department is selfish. Performed very well every year but no rewards at all. Simply demotivated after 5 years worked with high performance but nothing was appreciated.

    The good things1.Enough freedom to do work and can make own decision. 2.A good team and good superior which can assisted if got problem. 3.Independent Office which is quite big 4.A nice pantry which can make own drink as many as you wanted to drink 5.Can make many friend and buddies with many nice colleague around but still got some terrible one. 6.All tools are around if need to use. especially for repair
    The challenges1.The biggest issue is office politic around the few user and this is where they back stab, criticize and gossiping behind 2. Retrenchment 3. Everything are on own, Snr Management are forcing to make decision even you do not have any authority to do so.

    The challengesNo Guidance is given, you have to expand on your own. The manager for the specification is terrible as she is micro-manage even to the worm hole. Have to extremely work hard and proofing that you are capable. no direction given, you have to plan everything on your own.
