The working environment among colleagues is fantastic, fostering strong collaboration and team spirit. The challenging aspects include restrictions on credit terms for supply, inconsistent production schedules, and the need to prioritize orders due to limited production capacity. Despite these challenges, there is a constant effort to fulfill supply requirements for all customers on the list.
The good thingsActively involved in production and logistics processes to ensure smooth operations. Foster a friendly and collaborative working environment with colleagues.
The challengesAddress challenges related to inconsistent production and frequent machinery breakdowns. Manage and mitigate material shortages to minimize disruptions in operations.

The good thingsThe colleague are super friendly. My supervisor is someone with over 17 years of experiences in the related field. Working condition is not that tight and stressful. You will have a chances to learn a lot, especially with the company's stand of 5S. You will know what 5S is when you get in there. Food is a lot around PanGlobal. All bosses are Chinese, but they are a good boss.
The challengesTransportation, as I am going there using only bus. If you are from Shah Alam, you will need to get at least 2 or 3 buses before you reach PanGlobal. Also the weather there is not that good. Common problem in metropolitan area. You had to work hard in order to get more recognition and contribution.
