    Excellent Team and Culture
    The good thingsThe team and the people make the workplace. Loved the support I got from team mates, all willing to help should the need arise. Small company with no hierarchy, efforts can be clearly seen and rewarded accordingly. A very understanding, kind and caring boss who will take the time to hear your troubles and assist in making things better (if he can help it).
    The challengesThe workload is definitely there. Juggling time is a challenge, but one made easier with good support from the team. As there is no hierarchy, there is no career progression as well.
