    Good place to kick off your carrier
    The good thingsEveryone here is very friendly and no toxic environment as I have been here for almost 4 years. A good place to start off my working experience as I have to learn multitasking and get into Live projects. Management is very helpful and understanding. Overall a great place to have a career.
    The challengesWorkload could be a little too much especially with Live projects. However, other colleagues will jump into and assist with the workload to balance out the working hours.

    Good starting point as a Developer
    The good thingsHelpful colleagues (having transition from support to development, this means A LOT), management willing to listen, occasionally have free meals (gain some weight), work life balance, casual attire
    The challengesI get a laptop outdated specs. As a developer, our tools used a lot of resources. Because of that laptop tends to hang when working, STS auto completion not working, copy paste within code area also takes time. This is the ONLY beef I got with this company.
