    Fun colleagues make work enjoyable!
The good thingsI was blessed with bunch of fun colleagues which whom I still hang out with even after I have left Hunters. My direct superior was extremely supportive and encouraging! Annnnd we have free parking!!
The challengesThe KPI was not an easy target, you really have to put in 101% of effort to meet your target. Was mentally drained at times and I did not want to do anything else other than to just catch some sleep.

Good friendly and passionate people i would say.
The good thingsThe colleagues arw really nice and they will make you feels like at home. Its a really good starting point as an intern because its a relatively challenging working experience but it was neutralize by the encouraging culture. People are really friendly and nice here, defitnitely a good learning points for my internship.
The challengesI would say monthly KPI was the challenge, it can be stressful. But in a good way, you will feel challenged and good opportunity to grow as a person.

    Fun and Inspirational
The good thingsBosses and all members of Hunters are very friendly and willing to help one another. The company organises activities once a while which strengthens the relationship between employer and employees. A lot of room for learning and experience.
The challengesMust be willing to adapt to fast-paced working environment. Sometimes requires a bit of multi tasking work.

    Ad hoc taskssss
The good things1. Fun environment and lots of laughter 2. Close relationships with bosses and colleagues 3. We have an office dog 4. Transparent and free of politics 5. Bosses are good mentors if they are free to guide you 6. Bosses have your personal and career development in mind if you are in Recruitment 7. You are safe and free to share your ideas 8. Flexible working hours
The challenges1. Quite a lot of ad hoc tasks that affect our KPI 2. Work-life imbalance, sometimes 3. Bosses get distracted easily (because it is so transparent) so sometimes you couldn't get your words across 4. Open office, so it gets quite noisy at times

Fun, exciting, and fast paced kind of environment
The good thingsA place where you can sharpen your multi tasking skills. Bosses are very friendly. Occasional free food ~. and the best part is this place doesn't have office politics
The challengesseparating your time between your real job and those additional task given to you that is not relating to your real job scope can be very challenging. You need to be very spontaneous/fast-paced to adapt to sudden changes or sudden event. In short, multitasking skills needs to be very good to survive,

A place filled with great energy, culture, and development.
The good thingsThe culture and also the friendly staffs definitely make working life more enjoyable in an otherwise highly stressful industry. Learning and growth is also highly valued here.
The challengesIt is a fast-paced environment with various things happening at the same time, so it definitely takes some getting used to.

Great place to learn and plenty of growth opportunity
The good things1. Team-based culture, little to no politics. 2. Very open line of communication between directors and employees. 3. Management is overall receptive to feedback 4. We are given free hand to work the way we want to as long as results are delivered 5. Free food 6. We have an office therapy dog a.k.a. Chief Happiness Officer 7. Overall fun place with lots of laughs 8. Management trusts and empowers the employees to do more 9. Employee engagement events with company trips 10. The directors have your personal and professional growth at heart. They are good human beings, and good mentors.
The challenges1. You have to be flexible to adapt to spontaneous requirements from management. It's not a large MNC, so to be expected. 2. Structure changes now and then depending on the need, but that is discussed with employees prior to implementing. 3. Commission structure isn't the best motivation, but you get good benefits. 4. Laptops provided can be laggy, but there is an option to use your own device (recommended if you are used to MacBook or Dell)

The challengesNeeds a bit more structure and less spontaneity.

    A fun and dynamic culture
The good thingsGood exposure to a variety of areas that isn’t limited to recruitment (social media and event management, L&D training programs). Provides me the opportunity to learn a lot on areas I don’t get much exposure in. Love the support from the team, always ready to help each other. Definitely a fun and supportive fam oriented culture to be a part of!
The challengesExtremely dynamic and fast paced. Too many things going on and with a result oriented environment, it can be challenging to juggle with the workload without proper time management. Need to have an agile mindset to adapt.

The challenges- multitasking - must cope with spontaneity - fast pace environment

Fun working culture and vast exposure
The good thingsI managed to learn a lot and gain experience about the field of recruitment. Most importantly, everyone is also very willing to help each other out. There were also many fun activities held throughout the time I interned there so it's generally a very fun and happening company!
The challengesQuite a fast paced company with a good amount of workload so must be able to handle some stress and have good time management :)

The good thingsLearn many different things in a wide spectrum. Culture is fantastic, the fun kinda balances out the stress There's a dog in the office. Chief Entertainment Officer Good growth opportunities if you can deliver Family type of culture, everybody has everybody's back!
The challengesThis is a results oriented organization. Multiple different things are happening at one go. You need to be able to adapt and go with the flow while maintaining your performance. If you aren't a fighter, don't join.

a mix of knowledge and fun
The good thingsEveryone in the office are essentially friends and they know how to hold interesting events and activities. From the perspective of an intern, a lot of knowledge on industries besides HR can be gained, which makes it good exposure on how different industries work.
The challengesWith a lot of things going on constantly, it is sometimes difficult to concentrate on the task at hand.
