    Healthy work culture with friendly coworkers
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and helpful including the senior management staffs. The culture is good. Nice view from the pantry with free flow of coffee (not 3in1 but the one freshly brew from the coffee machine). Can’t say that the perks are one of the best in the industry but it is pretty decent.
    The challengesI would say the time difference between countries is quite challenging for MNC with some of your coworkers are from different countries. Even though we don’t have to work following the time zone of the respective countries, urgent issues take time to solve.

    So many new things I learned here.
    The good thingsMost of the managers and staff have mutual respect towards each other. At Hunstman, we are free to speak up for any matters. The company also take care of each workers genuinely.

    Overall a Good company
    The good thingsPermanent employee perks are good. Don't go for contract. You can speak up against your boss but make sure you are permanent employee or otherwise they may end your service even though you are real good. The company policy is quite strict, and sometimes there are a long procedure even for a simple request. Bonus is hefty, like 3-4 months salary.
    The challengesPolitics in Service Desk department. Other departments are ok

    The good thingsWorking with Huntsman is the best experience, I gained a lot of knowledge in terms of managing office with 3 different task and also multitasking. Work as a team and we are helping each other and we don't ever think whose task. Benefits provided is good. Safety is the first in the company policy.

    very good working experience
    The good thingsI work with SAP management team while i am belong to service and operation team. Service and operation mgmt still required a lot to improve, their mgmt skill very low and required a lot to improve while DM team is really good team. Most of them have 10years working experience and back up and support you all the time. They never blame you for your mistake and always encourage you to do better. You are very lucky if you are selected to be under them. Good luck!
    The challengesAs a pioneer of my team I will need to work closely with DM team on ticket arrangement for L1 and L2 and ticket assignment. Since it is new team it was an adventure to figure out and present to them. Since it is two different management I hope my current team should improve their knowledge and always work with their staff on task assignment.
