    The good thingsMeal provided by the company. Good work-life balance, nothing much to do due to limited budget.
    The challengesDirectors most often don't walk the talk & don't even align among each other in a lot of matters. Lots of ambiguity in terms of decision making and management often pass accountability & responsibilities to down line.

    The good thingsEnough parking space. Meal provided by the company. Employees are ok.
    The challengesToo much workload for 1 to keep up. Lack of proper documentation. Poor record-keeping. No work life balance here.

    Don't expect annual increment/annual bonus in a company that doesn't pay salary on time. No epf.
    The good thingsMedical benefits. Every employee takes leave whenever they feel like it. Colleagues are ok i guess.

    The good thingsI leant more and new things because of its new nature of environment to me (milk dairy production and trading livestock) despite a lot also need to workout to stabilize the company.
    The challengesLate payment salary on 7th every month and late EPF payment for more than 8mths

    The good thingsIf u plan to work here, pls consider as this place delay pay your epf, soso, tax, eis up to 6 months! Even Monthly Salary payment is late, sometimes above 7th day of the following calendar month. Pls be cautious before applying from this company

    The good thingsGood employer,environment,upper level and lower level can interact very well in getting ideas and improving quality in work.Cooperative among the team.Employer will help if had any problems.
    The challengessometime the decision made will revise and do not has stick decision in some problems especially towards workers.
