    Hypersurf... My Family...My love
The good thingsAll my workmates care for me like my family members. I don't deserve their generosity. When I think about how each time when I'm down I get encouraged, my hot tears flow. Work is well adjusted. Company provide training. Annual trips are my best memories, so much laughters and tears, will surely miss that. Company cares for my family members too. Take care HYPERSURF, we are one...
The challengesI like this place so much. But I have to go because I have a sickness. I will surely miss you guys. When and if I recover, I will be back surely. Best wishes to all my family members at this great place... Love love love..

Great team. great friends, great experience after working here for 2.5 years
The good thingsPretty much everything, Good team, good friends, good working environment, GREAT EXPERIENCE Boss really takes care of us, especially during MCO Can learn lots of different skills and knowledge when you are committed to your job. HOD understood what she's doing and distributed our workload really well, most importantly she's extremely friendly.
The challengesHad to adapt to the new-normal during and after MCO. Constructions around company, lots of parking spaces were taken by it. Everyone works in fast pace, took quite awhile to adapt

    I found my passion here
The good things- Went in as fresh-grad, came out as a fully equipped individual, just started my own business in my hometown with all the knowledge that i learnt there. Great for building up your own career. - Made many good friends in a short period of time in a great working environment. Lots of gathering with colleagues after work. - Good management system set up by both employers and employees, boss really understood what we wanted as an individual. - Salary was awesome alongside with the knowledge shared by colleagues. - HOD and colleagues will push you to the next level, Diamonds are made under pressure as well :).
The challenges- Far from hometown, had to make lots of long distance travel. - No lifts for a 2-storey building, had to walk up the stairs, found it troublesome when i hurt my toes accidentally. - No place for parking if you are later for work.

    Best Working Environment
The good thingsOur boss trusts us a lot, gives us the freedom to be creative. I made mistake as a newcomer last time but was given a second chance. He treats us like his family. He wants us to stay with the company till the end. I like the people here very much. No office politics, like a big family. My department head also help us in many things, even personal issues. If i face problem, i know who to find to share my burden. I have slowly learn to help other people with their burden too.
The challengesTargets to chase. Feels rush but the good thing is they motivate you to be a better person.

Im very grateful to the Boss...
The good thingsI come to this company from without any experience. But I was trained patiently by my boss and fellow work mates. I was scared in the beginning but they told me not to give up. One of the boss shared his story with me and i felt very encourage. Bosses helped us in our work and in our personal life, really take care of our welfare, Thank you very much Boss!!
The challengesIt was scary when i was new, but thanks to the company training. The 3 days 2 nights really help me to understand the company operation a lot better

    Learnt a lot!
The good thingsDid my internship there for 6 months. Was given much guidance by my senior. Did some silly mistakes but was forgiven and given opportunities to learn. One senior was particularly helpful, stayed back late to explain procedures to me, and made things easy for me to understand. Picked up many transferable skills here eg teamwork, meeting dateline, presentation etc.
The challengesI was given the chance to be creative. A scary but rewarding experience. The HOD allowed me to introduce technologies into my job.

One of the highlight of my career!
The good thingsI entered the company as a fresh graduate but was given enormous trust by the management. The management did not pick on my mistakes but rather, my head of department gave patient and gracious comments to help me to improve. SOP was made clear and team members are kind to remind you if you're about to make a mistake. Good environment to pick up new skills, great team. I made some really nice friends there too. Im moved to another state but i will always miss them.
The challengesThe management gave me much freedom. And freedom comes with responsibility. Being a fresh graduate, i find it hard to meet datelines, partly because i have been complacent in uni days maybe :) But overall, challenges helped me grow!

    Worst Boss
The good thingsBasically nothing good to comment about the boss. Company products still competitive, but low salary, low commission, low motivation.
The challengesThe boss need to change the mind to motivate employee and improve the benefits.

Not A Company Your Are Looking For
    The good thingsHave good collegues
The challenges-Loads of works -Have to do unrelated tasks from yr post -Employer always take advantage on your kindness n never tolerate -Nonsences RULES in company (normal staff cannot go to pantry after 8.30 but if HOD can n etc) -You will have to stay for overtime but its UNPAID -If you already tendered for resignation you will have to settle your jobs n normally they will not pay for that)
