    Let success make the noise.
    The good thingsMy boss was strong-willed, which sometimes made it difficult to communicate new ideas; however, we always managed to talk it out and find solutions that were best for the company.
    The challengesOne of my big challenges will be adjusting to the new workflow and creating a new type of report to present to superior. My plan would be to ask a lot of questions when preparing my first report. I'll also ask a colleague to review the report before sharing it with the client.

    The good thingsThe employers are great and always give great advice for workers especially for new level entry to start their career. Many things can be obtain there especially on communicating with foreign workers.
    The challengesthe management system need to be improve so that the workers can easily do their job. Most of the works need more time to finish and if the management system great and then the problem can be overcome
