Fun place to work, but salary is just averageThe good thingsA lot of opportunities to learn new things as all staff are involved in the running of the place and many special events. The environment is friendly and the staff are warm and make new people feel at home instantly. It is fun to work there and teamwork is really great. Medical and training benefits are good too
The challengesThe management need to offer a higher and more transparent salary package and recognise prior achievements better. The HR need to have clearer policies and offer more opportunities for promotions.
