    The good thingsThe training they give is very good for us to get a good insight about where we are heading, some great individuals who makes the workplace a better experience, many outside activities especially by sports club (badminton, swimming, bowling, ping pong, teambuilding, annual dinner etc) encouragement done by the management when we achieve something is great, where it is celebrated among all of us.
    The challengesPressure on getting sales is sometimes too high, without understanding the situation we are in right now, there will always bad apples in our company who does not appreciate our hard work that we put in uplifting our company.
