Apart from that, i-City also promote themselves as a destination. Throughout my studies, I The good thingsIn sum, the activities that I had learned during industrial training really are useful for me in future to face challenges in a working environment. Throughout the industrial training, I found that several things are important:
Good communication skills. the ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff is essential, no matter what industry you work in. Good communication skills will help get hired, land promotions, and be a success throughout your career.
The challengesLack of staff in certain department. In any organization, there will always issues and problems occurred. Problems happened when there’s always lack of staff in the department. In the other way, if there is a staff resigned due to the dissatisfaction from the company, it will brought up the cause of lacking staff. Due to this problem, it will turn down the business process. For example, the process of preparing quotations will be stuck and cannot proceed to the next process because there is no one to handle it. Thus, the quotations cannot be send to the customers. To make it worst, customers will reject or cancel their bookings if they did not receive the quotation by time, perhaps they have found other place for their events.
