    Good and fulfilling company with impactful work
    The good thingsGood prospect in learning new skills through the new management team. Definetely tons of things to learn and its a great opportunity.
    The challengesA lot of new things launching so there's a lot of groundwork to be laid out but its fun.

    Very bad in managing staff. Sorry to say, top management doesn't care about you, your wellfare, your commitment and etc. Best of luck especially their Organizational Director. Addition, they are currently in retrenchment process. I got offered a new contract with a large amount of salary deduction and yet my workloads are increasing.

    The challengesAlways facing a last minute task and instruction with no proper planning which lead to keep amending the artwork again again again and again.

    Not bad for my first working experience
    The good thingsWorking environment is very friendly and the working load depends on your department. My department is quite relaxing but the working hours for this company maybe not suitable for some.
    The challengesThe working hours is not very suitable for me and there is no proper place for my prayer. The company must implement Shariah compliance as soon as possible because a lot of our investor are muslim and we must help them invest in Shariah permissable business.
