The challengesHow they manage on staff welfare is not very good. There is no clear company policies on human resource. Frankly speaking, good staff is not paid well here. Many here are multitasker, and willing to explore new responsibilities, but the company are taking their effort for granted. It is a big frustration for the majority of seniors here.
