    Good experience and salary
    The good thingsCompany gave me a lot of chances to improve in the industry. When I started with them i was a fresh graduate and when I left i was recruited to be an Asst Manager of TA with a MNC. There is no free lunch in this world. If you can keep up with the pace the rewards are there. Very good experience in the manufacturing sector and they are given a lot of positions to work on. No regrets
    The challengesPicking up with the pace that they move. It can be overwhelming but I understand the industry that they are in and currently the best in what they do.

    If going for gain experience, this is a good place. Not suitable for those who need comfortable working environment.
    The good thingsYou can learn alot from the bosses. They have in-depth knowledge in every industries. Colleagues are also very friendly and helpful.
    The challengesVery very micromanage, very stingy. Cannot sleep during lunch hours. Even if you are eating, they will call you to give you new tasks during your lunch hours. Must work extra 30 minutes every day to replace lunch hours. Talkative and judgemental lady boss.

    The good thingsThe team spirit is alive and strong here. Everyone helps each other and regularly update of assignments. Great atmosphere for learning and bosses don't mind sitting down with you to explain how the industry works if you ask them.

    Great income earning potential
    The good thingsIndustrial knowledge was passed down and thought me a lot of the manufacturing sector industry. I started out fresh but after 3 years the amount of knowledge you will not be able to learn elsewhere
    The challengesThis is a really serious company. If you are only looking for a job to pass your time then it is not for you. Expect to go through all type of positions and industries and you need to pick up fast. But if you can do it the income is great

    Good place to learn in the recruitment field. Mostly handling senior level positions.
    The good thingsGood place to learn from. For someone who just started in the industry I managed to close a few positions in the first 3 months. If you ask for help they will give guidance on how or where to find people.
