    Nothing beats IACT
The good thingsI have an amazing manager. Since my first day at IACT, she has always being supportive and guiding me with my task. She trusted my colleague and I to manage our job. IACT is also a good place to work because we get the chance to try new task. Working with IACT for 6 years I've learned to be come multitasking.

    Overall Good but with Politics
The good thingsStaff's are friendly and helpful. Overall the company has a family-like mentality, which makes it relatively easy to work with everyone. There is the usual Malaysian Festivities Lunch and staff get-together. The company generally practices work-life balance, and are quite understanding if you have a family or you need some time off. Lecturer's get flexible working hours.
The challengesOne or two people in the top management who is politics-minded. The management has favourtism towards some of the staff, and it is quite obvious. Feedback is asked from staff's in general, but nothing changes. Staff's who are favoured has certain privileges and perks that the other staff's don't have. The company could do better with more transparency and not trying to fit everyone into the same mould.
