    The good thingsAble to meet experinced people in the Islamic and Banking Industry
    The challengesNo clear direction from management. Business plan not conveyed thoroughly to staff especially Heads of Departments as leaving all in dark but need to meet the KPIs.

    The good thingsI am kind of fond of the rapport among the staffs even on inter-department level. They are very keen to support or help as and when the need arises.
