    No permanent job - all on contract
    The good thingsGood manager, approachable college head.
    The challengeslate salary, overly calculative HR, each staff to his/her own. No team work. Non existence communication from mgmt to staff, everything P&C, how to improve if doesn't know expectations. Contract employment, no permanent employment (high turnover) Termination of contract is sudden, no notice given, just gave one week to say, will not renew contract. Cabut as soon as outside got better opportunity. This place does not have staff as asset in its practice.

    The good thingsHelpful colleagues. Colleagues got a lot of experience but not valued by boss
    The challengesVery very bad management and Boss. Company do not have proper system. Boss micromanage everything with big ego and anger management issue.

    The good thingsExcellent employer-employee interaction. Good collegiality. Excellent teaching learning facilities. Great teacher - student interaction. The administrative personnel are extremely helpful and proactive. Great food - the restaurants surrounded are in KL Foodie!!

    The good things9 years ago when I first joined this organisation, I had limited work experience and was low on confidence. Today, thanks to this organisation and its management, I have gained so much experience with a deep sense of belonging and a much more enhanced confidence. The management was patient with me and has given me much needed encouragement, motivation and guidance. The space was given to me to develop and grow, infact I was given an opportunity to pursue further studies. I have seen some staff come and go but the truth is and remains that as long as the individual staff is willing to learn and improve with a positive attitude then this organisation allows you the space to grow and develop both individually and as a team player.

    Talent advancement opportunity
    The good thingsI have been working in the organization for the past 11 years (since 2009). This is right place if you are looking to grow with your skills and knowledge. The true talents are identified and groomed with appropriate training and support. I personally underwent many trainings including teaching methodology. Every staff’s individual talents are identified and given opportunity to grow. It has excellent career advancement. No one is ever too busy in ICAN to support each other. All the new staffs are given proper guidance and support to do their works.

    The good thingsIt's a friendly workplace where staffs are awarded accordingly through their performance. ICAN concentrate in training the staff to be super-efficient and take care of employee's working satisfaction. Hardworking employee will always be appreciated and motivated by the management. ICAN is a stepping stone for the person who wants to achieve in their career.
    The challengesHigh expectation in limited timeline. Task is assigned based on the employees capabilities. Managed to gain new experience through high supportive senior staffs and management.

    The good thingsThere is always great boost to start any task given and excellent team to work together. Lots of new learning experience and also widen our knowledge and expertise. Our self confidence will definitely increase day by day and feel lot happier to work in ICAN !
