    The good thingsAs fresh graduate with zero experience on 2018, working with ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd such a great apportunity I had. I have learnt a lot of Administration and HR stuff.

    Very good benefits, good director, and nice colleague
    The good thingsDirector/ founder of the company respect all level of staff, understanding, generous and very helpful. The personal quality of the founder make employee respect to him. The company is quite generous and consider give quite a good benefits to staff. Most of management staff are friendly. Colleagues here are awesome!

    The good thingsCompany provided quite good benefits to employee, the company and founder was very generous. The working environment quite happy as most of the management level are quite friendly.

    Great company but still kind of old school in ideology
    The good thingsGreat company and colleagues, they are willing to share and teach new skills and new products and the bosses are good too
    The challengesCompany unable to give credit terms to our potential client which is a real bummer to closing a deal. With this kind of decision by the company, it is really hard for the sales person to close and to reach higher KPI. Yet, some superior unable to differentiate between fixed product and tailor made product and always mix it together whenever there is a discussion that made us and other colleagues as well confused all the time

    The good thingsvery friendly staff, good environment. Director is so understanding about the staff not only about office task but by personal.Up to standard company.. senior staff feel free to conduct the junior at all the time. Priority given to all the staff without review the position. No racism and no politics. as the company name ICE people here also as that very cool always.
    The challengesBeside from my task i have put on more effort to get to know about all the department in the company. First 2 years i was in Admin Department and the middle of 2nd year i was moved to Accounts Department. I feel very comfortable to learn because i dont have much knowledge on accounts and staff here are ready to teach to the junior with fulfil heart..
