    The challengesMicromanagement. Documentation not design skills. Small problem will change big problem because of manager's problem.

    The good thingsSubsidized lunch, paid OT for engineer level and below, transportation allowance.
    The challengesHave a lots of work, but not enough worker. Pay high for managers and above level, but less for lower level. Fully utilized people as much as they can. No work-life balance. No career development. if you supervisor, after 10 years you still supervisor. if you engineer, after 10 years you still engineer.

    Tired but worth it
    The good thingsWorker is friendly especially lower management. Can learn from basic anyone will help you. Working environment is tough & challenging but it worth it. Management level is highly open ear to know your problem & suggestion.
    The challengesAlways have new project, new design, new method & new machine to be learn. Experience is always have in future. Always adapt new knowledge for work especially on technical item. Working with global level.

    The good thingsHave many thing to learn also if you are creative there is plenty of improvement can do. Worker are friendly for each level.

    Not worst not goot but not recommended for career growth
    The good thingsProvide many of allowance, free lunch and bonus but with low salary and low yearly encreament
    The challengesThis is Japanese company but the management is not Japan standard. Not enough of local expert but full of Japanese expert and this matter make worst of situation due to most of the Japan expert very poor in English
