    The challengesPeople who in CIMB group staff tends to look down on iCIMB staff due to different benefit and status. Senior staff in CIMB Group not all but some of them doesn't know what to do according to their role

    The challengesVery low salary compared to the other financial institutions. Unbearable workload. Very poor management to recruit new staff in order to support critical departments resulting in high unbearable workload. Very low increment. Too slow in career development.
