The experience here caused me to be skeptical about the effectiveness of Corporate Governance in
The good thingsAs a young merged company, the young team was enthusiastic but required guidance in regards to good governance and good people management skills. The potential of the company itself is high and it had some good talent within. The financial support was also strong. Rapport among the team members were overall high. Willingness to learn was apparent among the younger group
The challengesThe BOD or stakeholders should have dealt with warning signs immediately. Good Corporate governance should have been implemented and monitored. There was lack of respect for each other among the management team. There was low appreciation of Strategic HR or of Code of Conduct. Focus was on Business Development without due diligence to code of conduct or ethics. HR was issues were ignored.

    Not a good start
The good thingsThe middle management level tries their level best to create a professional and condusive working environment. But the senior management will further depress the situation.
The challengesThe senior management has to be overhauled and changed.
