    Great company to work with if you are proud of your work and are good at what you do
    The good thingsTeam is closely knit, good leadership from operations and HR, good teammates.
    The challengesLocation was a bit far for the first 2 years working here, but with the new office in Sunway, we have the option of going to the subway office instead of cyberjaya.

    The good thingsI love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out-of-office, and my boss trusts me to produce high quality work and results. I work hard to maintain that level of trust, which keeps me engaged and excited. Feeling a sense of accomplishment when I am up against a deadline and we only have one shot to get it right and it turns out better than we could have imagined. Having a boss that appreciates the work I do and always thanks me for the hard work at the end of the day.

    Flexible, Fair and Reasonable Employer
    The good thingsBeen working here for a few years now. Good benefits, good salary, reasonable bosses and understanding. Everyone here feels like my 2nd family as we are all close and work together frequently. Claims are fair and we get compensated for our work travels fairly
    The challengesNothing much except maybe pantry can be better stocked. Sometimes we run out of biscuits and drinks.

    The good thingsMany opportunities to learn. Great friendly environment. Close co-work relationship. Helping each other to meet the deadline. No politics or bad intentions towards one another. Competitive but Friendly
    The challengesFrequently have to take over several responsibilities at a time. But good thing is, learn a lot about work, about time management, importance of being responsible and of course meeting the deadline whatever it takes.
