    The challengesMost challenges came through last minute task and required inappropriate timeline. Always performed unnecessary job for unnecessary event. Zero work life balance with low pay rate. Top management poor in decision making and lack of empathy towards employee. Eventhough in MC, must performed job during AL/offday/MC!

    The good thingsThe location which is far away from the noise of suburban city enliven the ideal way of living for the soul, the staff and supervisors are very handful especially with teaching and guiding the internship student with assigning tasks from other department

    The challengesMiddle level management (executives) are not much appreciated. Company tries to do too many things at one time and almost everything is either urgent or super urgent leaving the staffs overloads with responsibilities because its circling within the same group of people.

    Had a lot of experience on working environment in pharmaceutical field.
    The good thingsTheir staffs always helping when i am lack of knowledge about the tasks. Besides, they also treat me like one of their worker so i do not felt like outsider. Most important, i learnt many new things in production of medicine and their marketing.
