Only good for fresh grads to work here
The good thingsExposure to work with colleagues from all around the globe. Fully stocked pantry. Office located in convenient location with easy parking. Exposure to the world of technology.
The challengesManagement team has been around for a couple of decades and are disillusion and out of touch with reality. Try hard to be like top consulting firms but have no idea how to even work like one. Poor culture.

    Administrative Officer
The good thingsI love the international feel to the company. HR to working colleagues are friendly and very professional. HR Department are so helpful, giving ideas and opinions on how to manage your work. Working colleagues in other part of South East Asia were helpful, full with experience.
The challengesIt would be handling employees from different background and cultures. But at the same time, it was great to get to know other people from other countries.

A good place to start and retire
The good thingsGreat access to high level tech leaders and also a very flexible working culture. The job suits those who are entrepreneurial as there is very supervision and you are your own brand.
The challengesPay is low as compared to other similar agencies in the industry. The management is clueless most of the time and are obsessed with their excel spreadsheets and are constantly short term focused. I have personally never seen such a high level of turnover, both from those voluntarily leaving and those being asked to leave. Too many junior analysts ad lacks a seasoned view.
