    Flat organization for those who yearn to show what he/she is really made of. Tremendous learning opportunity where creativity and innovation is encouraged from everyone, from those in the farm, logistics, retail, and kitchen. Definitely not for those looking for 9-5 and easy life.

    The challengesHR not functioning at all. Claim always late. No direction from management. Give idea also not working. Management very narrow mindset. Payment request from finance always a big challenge.

    The challengesNo HR dept, no procurement dept, no admin, all need to do on our own. One simple mistake, can lost our job. Very very poor management. Salary always late for management staff.
