    The good thingsone of the key factor i enjoy working in this company is because i have a good bosses who understand their staff and lead us. My immediate superior has guided and mentor me a lot throughout my services with the company. This company willing to give opportunities to staff for them to grow own career and also grow together with the company.
    The challengesThe challenges competition among the employee in order to go for better. Competition among the employee is sometimes good to increase employee motivation and in directly to increase company productivity. however the result may vice versa for employee who can't take the challenge or pressure.
